It's that time of the week again, time for Menu Plan Monday!
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Orange Chicken (a new recipe I am really looking forward to trying)
Wednesday - Cubed Steaks, baked potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, yeast rolls
Thursday - Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup
Friday - Shrimp Lo Mein, my own version based upon these two recipes - Shrimp Lo Mein with Three Vegetables and Shrimp Lo Mein
Saturday - Chicken Parmesan, again my own version based upon these two recipes - Easy Chicken Parmesan and Herbed Chicken Parmesan
Sunday - No cooking on Sundays. We eat lunch out after church on Sundays, and reheat leftovers for dinner.
