Before I get too far into this post I have a confession to make. This is pretty much a reprint of a post I made in early November for Crockpot Wednesday. When I first posted my recipe for Chili Con Queso I did not add any pictures so when I made it over the weekend I took pictures for the recipe. Block of Velveeta Cheese
Jar of Salsa
1 pound of ground beef, browned
bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add in the jar of salsa and the ground beef.
4. Cook on low for two to four hours. Stirring if
needed to keep the cheese from burning.
