This week has been a really good week, and I am proud of myself. I have done an excellent job of watching what I eat, and making good food choices. I have even gotten some workouts in on the Wii.
I haven't had any weightloss yet, but I didn't really expect it.
Here's my plan for this week:
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes every other day.
- Up my water intake. I really need to work on drinking more water.
- Start walking outside when the weather permits.
