Cooking Thursday - Slow Cooker Mushroom Pork Chops

Join us at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom for Cooking Thursday.

As you can tell by my posts we eat a lot of pork and chicken around here, and I do mean A LOT.  After a while we get tired of the same old, same old when it comes to pork or chicken so I try to use a wide variety of recipes for both.  Recipes that I can make in my slow cooker are a bonus as time is something I just don't have a lot of.  That said my Slow Cooker Mushroom Pork Chops make our table quite often.  Not only is it easy to make but there are only three ingredients!  How great is that?

Ingredients:

Family Pack Pork Chops
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can French Onion Soup

Directions:

1.  Place pork chops in the bottom of slow cooker.

2.  In a bowl mix together the two cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup and one can of French Onion Soup.

3.  Pour soup mixture over pork chops.

4.  Put lid on slow cooker and cook on low for six to eight hours.

That's it!  I promised it would be easy!

  1. I have a recipe that is almost the same, but has milk instead of French Onion soup. I bet that makes a flavorful addition. Thanks!
