It's going to be a busy week for me this week, so I thought I would be realistic with my menu planning for a change. This also means that there will not be a whole lot of cooking going on here this week.
Monday - Doctors appointment - Spaghetti (take out from local Italian place)
Tuesday - doctors appointment in AM, softball game in the evening, eating out
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage (left off last week's menu) Yummy Dinner Rolls
Thursday - Johnny Rib Sandwiches
Friday - Grocery Shopping - will fix something quick that I pick up at the store
Saturday - Tacos
Sunday - Cookout at my mom's for Mother's Day
