Menu Plan Monday, June 4th to 10th


Join us for Menu Plan Monday at I'm An Organizing Junkie.

While we don't have a lot scheduled this week, we have a big week ahead of us.  I start back to classes on Monday, which is going to be a big adjustment for us. 

Here is what I have planned for us this week:

Monday - Grilled Salmon with Honey Soy Marinade (left over from last week), brown rice

Tuesday - Dry Rub Pork Chops with Honey Barbecue Sauce (left over from last week), Low Calorie Low Fat Mashed Potatoes, Lima Beans

Wednesday - Chili
