I hope everyone faired Hurricane Issac pretty well. We were suppose to get quite a bit of rain from the storm here but it missed us for the most part, although last night we did lose electricity for a few hours. The kids didn't mind though because it happened while I was fixing supper and resulted in a trip to Pizza Hut for dinner. So last night's meal didn't go as planned but here is what I have on the menu for the rest of the week:
