Menu Plan Monday - February 10th - 16th, 2014

Join us for Menu Plan Monday at I'm an Organizing Junkie. Last week I made it through my first week back on Trim Healthy Mama with a few hiccups.  Pizza for dinner after a super busy day?  Sure why not!  A soft drink when everybody else in the house has one?  Again, sure why not!  So with the exception of some pizza and breadsticks on Wednesday night and two soft drinks I did pretty well!  On the bright side, I did start getting up early enough to ride my exercise bike every morning.  I have been doing 3-4 miles a day on it.  So if I can avoid the food slip-ups this week and maybe kick up the exercise level a little bit I will be in good shape! Added Note:  One thing I see after planning out my meal this week is that I really need to find more Fuel Pull recipes!  I will work on that before next week! Menu Plan Monday - February 3rd to 9th, 2014

Join us for Menu Plan Monday at I'm an Organizing Junkie. If you have been a reader of The Modern Day Mom for very long you will recall that I have talked several times on here about my weight.  I have had pounds slowly sneak up on me until one day I woke up and realized that I have had enough.  I have tried so many different diet plans, exercise plans, and diet challenges but nothing worked.  I have low blood sugar issues, and migraine headaches that have made losing weight a challenge.  This past July I started Trim Healthy Mama half-heartedly.  I started easily dropping weight and soon found myself totally into the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating.  I had lost 23 pounds and felt amazing.  Then school started back and started to fall off plan, then by the time Thanksgiving rolled around I was completely off plan.  I have gained back 13 of those hard lost pounds and have absolutely had enough!  So this week we are back to the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating.  I always plan out all…
