Menu Plan Monday - February 10th - 16th, 2014

Last week I made it through my first week back on Trim Healthy Mama with a few hiccups.  Pizza for dinner after a super busy day?  Sure why not!  A soft drink when everybody else in the house has one?  Again, sure why not!  So with the exception of some pizza and breadsticks on Wednesday night and two soft drinks I did pretty well!  On the bright side, I did start getting up early enough to ride my exercise bike every morning.  I have been doing 3-4 miles a day on it.  So if I can avoid the food slip-ups this week and maybe kick up the exercise level a little bit I will be in good shape!
Added Note:  One thing I see after planning out my meal this week is that I really need to find more Fuel Pull recipes!  I will work on that before next week!
Here's what I have planned for this week:

Afternoon Snack:  Cheese Stick, Almonds
Evening Snack:  Greek Yogurt with Berries (FP)
Breakfast: Low Carb German Pancake (S)
Lunch:  Tuna with Miracle Whip and Pickles (S), Greek Yogurt with Berries (FP)
Afternoon Snack:  Strawberries Sweetened with Stevia and Fat Free Whip Cream (FP)
Dinner:  Sloppy Joes, Garlic Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, asparagus (S)
Breakfast:  Vanilla Muffin in a Bowl (FP)

Afternoon Snack:  Spice Cake (FP)

Breakfast:  Egg White Omelette, Turkey Bacon (FP)
Lunch:  Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast, Steamed Broccoli (FP)
Afternoon Snack:  Chocolate Cake (FP)
Dinner:  Eating Out and unfortunately will be eating totally off plan
Breakfast:  Apple Oatmeal Muffin (E)

Evening Snack:  Airpopped Popcorn

Menu Plan Monday - February 3rd to 9th, 2014

If you have been a reader of The Modern Day Mom for very long you will recall that I have talked several times on here about my weight.  I have had pounds slowly sneak up on me until one day I woke up and realized that I have had enough.  I have tried so many different diet plans, exercise plans, and diet challenges but nothing worked.  I have low blood sugar issues, and migraine headaches that have made losing weight a challenge.  This past July I started Trim Healthy Mama half-heartedly.  I started easily dropping weight and soon found myself totally into the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating.  I had lost 23 pounds and felt amazing.  Then school started back and started to fall off plan, then by the time Thanksgiving rolled around I was completely off plan.  I have gained back 13 of those hard lost pounds and have absolutely had enough!  So this week we are back to the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating.  I always plan out all three of our meals but because Trim Healthy Mama takes so much work I am going to be planning out all three meals plus our snacks.
Here's what I have planned for next week:
Afternoon Snack - Raw Veggies (carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes) (FP)
Dinner - Bunless Hamburgers with Swiss Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms, Salad with Greek Salad Dressing (S)
Evening Snack - Peanut Butter Cheesecake (S)
Breakfast - Omelets (S)
Lunch - Leftover Bunless Hamburgers (S), Tomato and Cucumber Salad (FP) 
Afternoon Snack - celery with peanut butter (S)
Dinner - Taco Salad (S)
Evening Snack - Luscious Lemon Yogurt (FP)
Breakfast - Apple Oatmeal Muffins (E)
Afternoon Snack - Luscious Lemon Yogurt (FP)
Dinner - THM E Style Chili (E)
