This winter has turned into the winter that would not end.  We are home from our homeschool co-op once again because of snow with temperatures set to dip below zero again tonight.  I am ready for sunshine, 80 degree weather, and flip flops.  Regardless of the weather though my family has to eat and here is what I have planned for us this week:
