Menu Plan Monday, January 19 -25, 2015

Can we really already be three weeks into 2015?  This year is already flying by and it just started.  We tried a couple of new recipes last week and both w hits!  The Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken and Foil Baked Salmon with Asparagus got rave reviews and will make an appearance on our dinner table again!
This week will be another busy week with the kids having sports that will have us eating out three days this week.
Here is what I have planned for us this week:

Lunch - Leftover Italian Vegetable Soup (modified for THM)
Snack - celery with peanut butter
Dinner - steak, mushrooms, Quick Low Carb Cole Slaw (S)

Breakfast - sausage, scrambled eggs (S)
Lunch - leftovers from Monday dinner
snack -  Berry Oat Breakfast Cake (E)
Dinner - Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Breakfast - Oatmeal (E)
lunch - leftovers from Tuesday dinner
snack - greek yogurt with frozen berries (fp)
Dinner - Eating out at Subway

Breakfast - Banana Cream Cake (E)
Lunch - leftovers
snack - cottage cheese with tomatoes (FP)
Dinner - Stuffed green peppers (E)

Breakfast - sausage, eggs (E)
Lunch - Leftover from supper on Thursday
snack - Banana Cream Cake (E)
Dinner - Parmesan Chicken (S)

Lunch - Super Easy Crockpot Meatball Hoagies (kids get buns, i just get meatballs), salad
Dinner - sandwiches
