Menu Plan Monday, January 25-29, 2015

 


It's the last week of January already!  I can't believe how quickly this week is already flying by.  I took time last Sunday to do some meal prep and it made my whole week go by so much smoother.  I think this is something I am going to have to keep doing.

Heres what I have planned for this week:
S, E, and FP denotes the type of Trim Healthy Mama meal it is

Monday
Breakfast - Berry Oat Breakfast Cake (E)
Lunch - Parmesan chicken (S)
Snack - apple with peanut butter
Dinner - Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken, broccoli and cheese (S)

Tuesday
Breakfast - sausage, eggs (S)
Lunch - leftovers
Snack - greek yogurt with berries (FP)
Dinner -  Cheeseburger Pie (S)

Wednesday
Breakfast - Berry Oat Breakfast Cake (E)
Lunch - leftovers
Snack - walnuts (S)
Dinner - Chef Salad (S)

Thursday
Breakfast - oatmeal (E)
Lunch - Stuffed Green Pepper (E)
Snack - 1% Cottage Cheese with tomatoes (FP)
Dinner -  Grilled Chicken, salad with Homemade Ranch dressing (S)

Friday
Breakfast - sausage, eggs (S)
Lunch - leftovers
Snack - cucumber slices and cheese
Dinner - Foil Baked Salmon
