Menu Plan Monday January 5-9, 2015

 

 
It's the beginning of another year and it is time for me to get back onto the Trim Healthy Mama plan!  I have allowed myself to stay off plan since Thanksgiving and now it is time for me to get back on track. 
 
Here's what I have planned for this week:
E, S, and FP denotes which type of Trim Healthy Mama meal each food is
 
Monday
Breakfast - Banana Cream Cake (E)
Lunch - Tomato Stuffed with Tuna (S)
Snack - Celery With Peanut Butter (S)
Dinner - THM salmon patties, mashed potatoes for kids, green beans
 
Tuesday
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with salsa, and sausage (S)
Lunch - Leftovers
Snack - Cucumber Salad - use Truvia instead of sugar (FP), cheese cubes (S)
Dinner - Bunless cheeseburgers (S), Zuchinni fries for me, Crispy Seasoned Oven Fries for kids
 
Wednesday
Breakfast - Banana Cream Cake (E)
Lunch - Leftovers
Snack - THM Pimento Cheese with Wasa Crackers
Dinner - Cajun Hasselback Chicken With Pepper Jack & Spinach, (S), mashed potatoes for kids, broccoli and cheese

Thursday
Breakfast - Berry Oat Breakfast Cake (E)
Lunch - Leftovers

 Snack - Cucumber Salad - use Truvia instead of sugar (FP), cheese cubes (S)
Dinner - Pork chops smothered in cabbage
 
Friday
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, sausage
Lunch - Leftovers
Snack - celery with peanut butter

Lunch - Sandwiches, leftover low carb cole slaw
