Menu Plan Monday - A Day Late


With planning for our upcoming vacation, studying for midterms, and just keeping up with daily life in general I am running behind.  This isn't the first time I have been late posting my menu plan and I am pretty sure it won't be the last.  This week is all about simplicity and using what I have on hand for meals.

Here is what I have planned for this week:

Wednesday
Breakfast - cinnamon rolls for kids, volcano mud slide muffin for me
Lunch - sandwiches and chips
Dinner - eating out

Thursday
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - tex-mex chicken quesadilla (new recipe)

Friday 
Breakfast - sausage, fried eggs
Lunch - sandwiches
Dinner - apple bbq pork chops (new recipe) , mashed potatoes, baked beans

Saturday
Lunch - eating out
Dinner - chicken pepper pasta bake (new recipe)

Sunday
Lunch - chili cheese dogs, baked beans
Dinner - annas amazing easy pleasy meatballs over buttered noodles adjust the serving size if you use this recipe
