Join us for Menu Plan Monday at I'm an Organizing Junkie.

Last week I tried several new recipes, created a few dishes of my own, and fell back in love with cooking.  I had forgotten how much I love to cook.   Cooking has become a bit of a chore for me, and I was sooo focused on making sure everything was Trim Healthy Mama compliant food had become work for me.  So last week I made the decision to still eat healthy but loosen up the strict guidelines I had placed on it.  When I did that it became fun again.

So here is what I have planned for this week:

breakfast -oatmeal
lunch - chicken fried rice
dinner - leftover night

breakfast - waffles
dinner - baked pork egg rolls, rice

breakfast - cereal
lunch - chili dogs, baked beans
dinner - turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, yummy dinner rolls (bread machine)

dinner - country fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, cabbage pack

breakfast - biscuits and gravy
lunch - potato soup
dinner - stuffed green peppers, mashed potatoes

breakfast - cereal
lunch - chicken quesidillas
dinner - baked hamparmesan and herb red roasted potatoes, fresh green beans

lunch - slow cooker corned beef and cabbage, bread machine bread
dinner - leftovers
