It's time for Menu Plan Monday again! It seems like these weeks just fly by! This week will be a short menu plan for us. We are going to be camping this weekend so there won't be much of a plan for it but we will be home for three meals this week at least.
Here's what I have planned for the week:
Monday - it will be just the kids and I so we will be eating out
Tuesday - Baked Ham, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Whole Grain Mustard and My Grandmother's Green Beans
Wednesday - Egg Roll in a Bowl
Thursday - Paleo Chicken Parmesan, salad
Sunday - Healthier Golden Pork Chops, Mashed Garlic Red Potatoes, Asparagus
