Menu Plan Monday, May 29 - June 4, 2017

We are just back off of a spontaneous and surprise birthday trip to Disney for my 14 year old son where we ate horribly!  Well, let me rephrase that, we ate wonderfully, but it wasn't very healthy and now my body hates me.  I can't wait to get back to healthy eating and have tried to find some delicious, healthy, and easy meals for this week.  
Here's what I have planned for this week:
Monday Breakfast - Easy Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Cups Dinner - Eating Out
Tuesday Breakfast - Canadian Bacon, Egg White Scramble, Sauteed Baby Spinach Dinner - Baked Ranch Parmesan Pork Chops, roasted red potatoes, green beans
Wednesday Breakfast - Crustless Breakfast Quiche Dinner - Red Beans and Rice with Turkey Smoked Sausage
Thursday Breakfast - Oatmeal, Toast, Strawberries Dinner - Mayo Clinic Beef Stroganoff
Friday Breakfast - Canadian Bacon, Egg White Scramble, Sauteed Baby Spinach Dinner - Baked Salmon, wild rice, asparagus
Saturday and Sunday To be determined
